By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Zayla

Zayla sells physical books online and provides links to independent support resources. All prices are shown in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract. Parents/guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors.

3. Products & Pricing

  • We currently sell books (physical format).

  • Prices are listed in MYR. Any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

  • We may update product information, pricing, and availability at any time.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm receipt by email and form a contract when we accept/dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues); any payment captured will be refunded.

5. Payment Methods

  • Malaysia: QR payment, online banking, and e-wallets.

  • International: Credit/debit cards via Stripe.
    Payment is processed securely by the respective providers. We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

  • Processing time: typically 2–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery estimates depend on destination and carrier. Tracking is provided where available.

  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.

Customs & Duties (International)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

7. Pre-Orders

When an item is marked as Pre-Order, we aim to ship within 7 days. If there is a material delay, we will notify you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a refund.

8. Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel before the order is processed (i.e., before it is packed, handed to a carrier, or otherwise prepared for dispatch).

  • To request cancellation, contact hello@zayla.my with your order number.

  • An admin fee may apply (e.g., to cover payment gateway or handling costs). We will advise the fee before confirming the cancellation.

  • Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Issues on Arrival

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@zayla.my promptly with your order number, photos of the packaging/item, and a brief description. We will assist with a suitable remedy (replacement or refund) in line with consumer laws.

10. Accuracy of Information

We try to ensure product details and availability are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover a material error after you order, we will contact you to offer a confirmation at the correct details or a cancellation with a full refund.

11. Third-Party Links & Resources

We link to independent resources (e.g., support groups, CBSS.sg, Facebook). These are not operated by us. Their content, practices, and terms are their own; please review their policies before engaging.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by Zayla or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, to transmit harmful code, to scrape or reverse engineer, or to interfere with site operations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zayla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zayla harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
